Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges apply only to crystals purchased from Crystals & Wonders.

Custom-made pieces, sale items, and damaged products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 5 days of purchase, in their original condition and packaging, along with the original receipt.

Items that show signs of damage, wear, or alteration cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed in cash or exchanged for another item of equal value.

Refunds will be issued only after the item has been inspected and approved by our team.

Return Process

Customers must bring the item back to our store to complete the refund or exchange process.

Returns by courier or delivery are not accepted at this time.

Sale items, custom orders, and damaged pieces are final sale.
